Branding – MBX branding specialists can custom-brand everything from bezel to box: faceplates, chassis, shipping cartons/foam, as well as custom inclusions like data sheets and promotional items, for a powerful out-of-box customer experience. Soware Imaging – MBX's advanced imaging infrastructure supports automated soware integration and customized testing. Secure network hosting enables you to remotely update and test new soware images and hardware performance. Integration – Proprietary shop floor soware, advanced automation and Super Cell environment ensure accuracy, scalability and consistency in both our US and EU manufacturing facilities, with the capacity to handle 25,000 systems per shi per month. Inventory Management – Agile global inventory programs keep your systems stocked for rapid deployment and include global cross border warranty transfers. With strong forecasting abilities, you can take advantage of the MBX Managed Inventory (MMI) program: we hold your inventory on our books until an order is placed, and it ships within 24 hours. Interactive program data is available 24/7 in MBX's cloud- based toolset, HatchTM. Global Logistics & Support – Multiple warranty and support packages are available to meet your SLAs, fulfilled by the Dell EMC support specialists in 150+ countries. MBX can also cross- ship systems for RMAs to minimize your customers' downtime. Lifecycle Management – MBX has access to extended life platforms that are only available to OEM partners and not in the channel. Your account team plans at least 90 days in advance for EOL hardware and can proactively re-engineer platforms with next gen components.
